Lent Course 2021
On Zoom 7.30pm on Friday evenings, starting on 26 February.
This Course, conceived by and for Chichester Diocese, is called ‘Cracked Wide Open in the Paschal Mystery’. It invites us to reflect on what needs to be present for us to participate in the Mission of God. In the light of that reflection, it will invite us to pray about how our unity with God , and in the Body of Christ, might grow and deepen, and that the world might believe ( John 17, 21).
It will be well resourced, with weekly Bible notes, and a weekly video conversation between Bishop Ruth and Bishop Will, based on each week’s theme. Fr. Richard will be with us at the sessions each week to stimulate and share reflections on the important issues coming out of this course.
To join the group please contact Diana Wooldridge: email@example.com
Zoom invitations and links resource material will be emailed out weekly for each session. Her email address is:
Monthly Morning Bible Study
In ‘normal times’ a group of us meet to study, reflect and discuss various themes from the Bible. For our next eight studies we will be looking at angels in the Bible, based on ‘Angels Standing Guard’ in the Life Builder Study series .
As soon as we are able to meet, indoors, in small groups we will start again on our monthly, Monday morning 10am meetings. Our study and short prayer time is for about an hour and a half and usually finishes with coffee.
If you have not joined us before but would like to you would be very welcome, please get in touch with either Anne Smalley on 07813 300507 firstname.lastname@example.org or Judith Hewitt on 01273 700758 email@example.com
